The staff were exceptionally helpful and professional. The room was newly renovated and good-sized. The overall experience was very pleasant. The location was comfortable and ideal. It was convenient to go everywhere. Blue Back Square Shopping Center was also easy to reach.

The atmosphere was quiet, the location was marvelous and perfect for our stay, within a 10-minute walk of a performing arts theater.

I was pleasantly surprised by my stay at the West Hartford Inn. The hotel room was spacious and well-maintained, with modern furnishings and a comfortable bed. The bathroom was clean and had plenty of counter space. I appreciated the amenities like the TV and mini-fridge, which added to the convenience. The location was excellent, close to West Hartford Center and all its attractions. The staff were friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome during my stay. I had a positive experience at the West Hartford Inn and would recommend it to others.

Not located in a very nice area. Loud night club part of the premises and a loud crowd of people wandering around outside that we had to walk through. The rooms are very tired and do not feel clean. The mattress was hard. THe entrance from an unsafe feeling parking garage was not working and we were required to walk around the building in an unsafe area to get to the entrance. Just really bad and I couldn't wait to leave!

The lack of housekeeping service was frustrating, as towels, washcloths, and toiletries were not replaced. Additionally, the security of the hotel was a concern, as there was no front desk staff after 7pm, allowing anyone to access the floors.

My Experience: I had a pleasant stay at West Hartford Inn. the rooms were very clean and modern, with everything I needed. the hotel's location was convenient, as it was close to Hartford and downtown with plenty of shops to explore. I also enjoyed visiting the Children's Museum nearby. A great place to stay for anyone visiting the area.
